Spent my Christmas in this hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were very clean and cozy. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even went beyond my expectations by offering complimentary breakfast and drinks. Another plus is its location, it's just a few minutes walk away from great restaurants and shopping centers. the experience was beyond what I paid for, would definitely recommend.
That the complimentary breakfast wasn't as good as I expected, but it was still enough to start the day right. Also, there were no facilities for those who want to workout during their stay. But, since the location is great for walking around, it's not really a big problem.

Close to the mall bangkapi. Located 20 minutes' walk of the bus station. Parking was on-site. Free WiFi was working perfectly.

The hotel was really nice since it offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay over Christmas. The delicious breakfast was free every morning, and the staff was always accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed the convenience of being situated right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We found that the room was not as spacious as we had hoped. the elevator was slow and often crowded, which made going up and down a bit of a hassle.

Located close to a wedding shop and easily accessible by car, this hotel's location may seem convenient. the rooms are cozy and relatively clean, with well-organized facilities. the breakfast is only okay, and the staff's English comprehension can be borderline.
The service is lacking and the cleaning staff doesn't do a thorough job.
